The United States Postal Service developed the specifications of USPS-T-3204 to ensure all film manufacturers use the same criteria for producing and testing films used in automatable mailer production equipment.

Shadow Plastics has developed a postal mailer film approved by the USPS for use with mailing equipment. To ensure our film meets the standards of T-3204 specifications, an accredited laboratory approved by the USPS thoroughly tested stiffness, strength, Coefficient of Friction, optics, thickness and anti-static properties.
